Hilton Garden Inn Debuts in Bengaluru.

Hilton and Embassy Office Parks REIT (also known as “Embassy REIT”) announced the launch of Hilton Garden Inn, a 211-key hotel situated in Bengaluru’s Embassy TechVillage.
In addition to becoming Hilton’s fourth hotel with Embassy REIT, the opening signifies the beginning of the 529-key dual-branded Hilton development at Embassy TechVillage, which will also include a full-service Hilton Hotels & Resorts resort later this year.
Leading international companies in the fields of technology, financial services, consulting, and global capabilities are housed in Embassy TechVillage, one of Embassy REIT’s premier integrated business parks. Over 100,000 people use the park, which offers top-notch office space, connectivity, retail, food and beverage, entertainment, and hospitality all within a sizable corporate ecosystem. This ecology is further enhanced with the introduction of Hilton Garden Inn, which serves visitors, business travellers, employees, and occupiers.
The 619-key dual-branded Hilton Hotels at Embassy Manyata and the 247-key Hilton Hotel at Embassy GolfLinks serve as the foundation of Embassy’s well-established Hilton portfolio, which is expanded upon by this milestone.
Jitu Virwani, Chairman of the Embassy Group stated, “Embassy has always believed in building integrated destinations that go beyond office space. Embassy TechVillage, which combines top-notch workspaces, infrastructure, hospitality, and experiences in one of Bengaluru’s most significant business corridors, is a powerful representation of this goal. In collaboration with Hilton, the Hilton Garden Inn’s opening at Embassy TechVillage enhances the hospitality and lifestyle infrastructure we are constructing throughout our portfolio.”
An crucial turning point in Hilton’s ten-year collaboration with Embassy Group has been reached with the launch of the Hilton Garden Inn at Embassy TechVillage. Strong corporate demand, international business travel, and an increasing need for first-rate lodging experiences have made Bengaluru one of India’s most vibrant hospitality cities. This new hotel is evidence of the Embassy’s ongoing leadership in producing top-notch developments, according to Alan Watts, President, Asia Pacific, Hilton.
The new Hilton Garden Inn, which has 211 rooms with contemporary amenities, is built on user-friendly functionality and provides workplaces, Internet, and adaptable meeting spaces. The hotel has a temperature-controlled outdoor pool and a fitness center open around-the-clock. Desi Quotient (DQ), a convivial eating experience, and Merigo, an all-day dining restaurant, are among the culinary options available on the property.
“Hilton Garden Inn is designed for business and leisure travellers who travel frequently, expect consistency, and seek a positive stay experience at great value,” said Andrew Ling, regional head of Focused Service and All Suites brands, Asia Pacific, Hilton. By combining contemporary design, dependable service, and a robust food and beverage offering that enhances the overall stay, the brand finds a sweet spot in a market like Bengaluru, where demand is both steady and changing.
With brands like Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, and Hilton Garden Inn spread across major Indian cities like Goa, Bengaluru, Pune, Lucknow, New Delhi, Trivandrum, Surat, Jabalpur, and Mumbai, this new opening expands Hilton’s portfolio in Bengaluru to 13 properties, making it Hilton’s largest cluster in India. The hotel participates in Hilton Honours, a guest reward program for Hilton’s premium brands.
