Emirates allows unlimited date adjustments on Dubai flights.
Emirates now offers unlimited free date changes on flights to Dubai, reduced refund fees, flexible booking choices, and complete travel insurance.
From August 10, 2026, Dubai travellers can change their trip dates as many times as needed without a fee across several pricing levels. The facility applies to Economy Class Saver thru Flex flights and Business Class Special, Saver, and Flex fares.
Economy Flex Plus, Premium Economy, Business Flex Plus, and First Class rates will remain flexible.
Reduced Refund Fees
Emirates lowered Dubai flight refund fees. Saver and Flex economy fares cost $50 and $25, respectively. Business Class refund fees are now US$50 for Special and Saver prices and US$25 for Flex fares.
The airline said limitless free date changes and cheaper refund fees allow travellers more flexibility to amend or cancel their trip plans.
Free Emirates-wide date change
Tickets booked from April 2, 2026, including those connecting thru Dubai, allow one free date change on Emirates flights worldwide.
Under some conditions, customers can hold their fare for 24 hours without charge while finalising their trip plans.
Complete Travel Coverage
Emirates also offers Comprehensive Travel Cover, which covers several travel scenarios.
The insurance covers conflict-related medical expenses up to US$25,000 and a 30-day free trip extension. The airline claims official travel advice does not limit coverage.
Protection against travel cancellation, baggage delays and loss, limitless worldwide medical bills, and emergency evacuation are all included.
Emirates has coverage in 27 countries, which can be added with Manage Booking.
Emirates stated it will directly accommodate flight disrupted guests. When other airlines’ further connections or Emirates flights are unavailable, customers will be rebooked at no additional cost, even during airspace interruptions.
Emirates Skywards Members
Emirates Skywards members have more flexibility and savings till August 31, 2026.
Members can earn 20% more Tier Miles on Emirates and flydubai flights and need 20% less Tier Miles to reach Silver, Gold, and Platinum level.
The airline is also giving 2,000 Cash+Miles for US$30, up from US$15. Emirates and flydubai flights, excess luggage, lounge access, and seat selection can be paid for with miles.
