With over 1,000 female pilots, women comprise 17.5% of IndiGo’s pilot workforce.

As the first and only airline in India to accomplish this feat, IndiGo declared that it currently employs more than 1,000 female pilots. The percentage of female pilots at IndiGo is 17.5%, more than three times the global average.
