Sapphero Hospitality Targets 200% Inventory Growth in 2025–26.

For the fiscal year 2026, Sapphero Hospitality LLP (SHR) reported an outstanding result. The company reported a 7% increase in occupancy rates, a 10% increase in Average Daily Rate (ADR), and a 5% increase in Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) throughout its managed portfolio, all of which are indicative of a strong post-pandemic recovery and strategic operational efficiency.

Maharashtra has established itself as a major source of income, although Gujarat is still the group’s operational base. Additionally, both have become a flourishing center for the brand, largely because to the increase in destination weddings and a fresh wave of domestic leisure travellers.

The firm representative said, “The 10% growth in ADR is a testament to our brand’s increasing value proposition.” “For reliable service, security, and the customised experiences that Sapphero properties provide, guests are willing to pay a premium.”

Sapphero Hospitality is reportedly well-positioned for steady growth in 2027 thanks to favourable government policies that increase domestic travel and a renewed emphasis on Tier-2 and Tier-3 city connectivity. The organization seeks to meet the various demands of both leisure and business tourists.

“We are optimistic about our future and anticipate a projected growth of 12% in revenue and a 200% increase in the number of keys under management,” stated Shamitav Jana, CEO of Sapphero Hospitality LLP, during the company’s annual year-end corporate management meeting.

He continued, “We are actively interacting with asset owners to broaden our reach, with a special emphasis on the underserved mid-market segment.”

As the portfolio expands, the company plans to increase its inventory and is making significant investments in training and development. In Western India, Sapphero Hospitality LLP is poised to transform the mid-market hospitality industry.
