Wyndham to bring Vienna House to India with 100-key Vrindavan hotel.

Vienna House Easy Vrindavan, a 100-key hotel opening in 2029, will bring Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ European lifestyle brand to India.

Kumar Beverages Industries owner Sachin Kumar and Nardev Chaudhary are developing the new property. The deal strengthens Wyndham’s India business and introduces Vienna House Easy.

The move follows rising demand for branded lodging in spiritual and cultural sites like Vrindavan and shifting Indian visitor preferences for experience-driven stays.

Vienna House Easy, part of the Vienna House brand, blends European design and hospitality with local culture.

“Indian visitors are increasingly picking hotels based on how they make them feel, not just where they stay. Vienna House is known across Europe for its inviting, design-led experiences that feel connected to their communities. We see an opportunity to develop a brand that blends international hospitality standards with a genuine sense of location as Vrindavan attracts more tourists seeking culture, spirituality, and exploration. We are pleased to bring that experience to India for the first time with Mr. Sachin Kumar and Mr. Nardev Chaudhary,” said Rahool Macarius, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ Market Managing Director, Eurasia.

Vienna House Easy Vrindavan, a four-star lifestyle hotel, will have 100 rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, rooftop infinity pool and poolside deck, banquet facilities, and curated vegetarian meals influenced by local traditions.

The land will be near Banke Bihari Temple, Prem Mandir, and ISKCON Vrindavan and accessible via Mathura Junction, Agra, and Delhi.

Vrindavan is changing, attracting pilgrims, families, and visitors seeking broader cultural experiences. We are constructing a hotel with Wyndham that brings Vienna House Easy’s warmth, character, and style to India while preserving Vrindavan’s traditions and uniqueness. Vienna House Easy Vrindavan Partner Sachin Kumar said guests will cherish a hospitality experience that combines international excellence, smart design, and a true connection to place.

Wyndham is introducing worldwide brands to India as travel demand increases beyond metropolitan and leisure sectors into pilgrimage and growing destinations.

Vienna House Easy Vrindavan will benefit from Wyndham Rewards’ over 126 million members and global distribution network.

The business expects Vienna House Easy to open doors for the lifestyle brand in India through partnerships with hotel owners and developers.
