The Chinese Embassy in India has launched an online application for visas
The Chinese Online Visa Application System has been formally established by the Chinese Embassy in India, enabling candidates to fill out online forms and submit supporting documentation. Access to the service is possible via the official website at https://www.visaforchina.cn/. A note posted on the website of the Visa Application Service Centre states that applicants need to register or log in to their account on the official website, go to the “My Account” area, fill out the online application, and submit any necessary files. It is recommended that applicants thoroughly review the comprehensive instructions on the portal’s Steps 1, 2, and 3. Only after the application status indicates “online review completed” and a confirmation email has been received will passports and supporting documentation be physically submitted to the Visa Application Centre. Steps 1, 2, and 3 of the visa application process are applicable in Delhi and other major Indian cities.
