The policy of waiving fees is extended until March 31, 2026, and flights to and from Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Kuwait are suspended until March 21, 2026.
On March 18, 2026, Akasa Air started operating flights to and from Mumbai and Riyadh again. The airline will still fly to and from Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kochi, Kozhikode, Ahmedabad, and Jeddah. These flights may operate differently depending on the current circumstances and our ongoing safety evaluation.
According to the airline, flights to and from Kuwait, Doha, and Abu Dhabi would not resume until March 21, 2026. For travellers scheduled to or from these cities, it has extended its policy of waiving cancellation and rescheduling fees until March 31, 2026.
Passengers can choose to reschedule their trip at no extra cost or receive a complete refund that is credited to the original payment method within seven days. If the booking was made through a travel partner, the airline has recommended passengers to contact them directly for assistance.
The airline has reassured the passengers that it is keeping an eye on the situation and will evaluate it in relation to these destinations in real time. Any changes to the flight status for these destinations will be communicated appropriately.
