Air India moves its flight operations from Ahmedabad to Terminal 2.
With effect from March 29, 2026, all domestic flights operated by Air India at Ahmedabad’s Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport will henceforth operate out of Terminal 1 and into Terminal 2. Akasa Air starts operating flights to and from Mumbai and Riyadh.
The policy of waiving fees is extended until March 31, 2026, and flights to and from Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Kuwait are suspended until March 21, 2026.
