MSC World Asia will debut MSC Cruises’ most comprehensive wellness experience yet.
When it starts sailing in the Mediterranean on December 4, 2026, MSC Cruises’ newest flagship, MSC World Asia, will launch the company’s most extensive wellness program to date.
Barcelona, Marseille, Genoa, Civitavecchia for Rome, Messina, and Valletta are among the locations on the ship’s seven-night Mediterranean itineraries.
MSC World Asia, the third vessel in MSC Cruises’ World Class series, will feature architectural features influenced by Asian art, culture, and scenery. The 13,562-square-foot MSC Aurea Spa, which was created as a special area for rest, renewal, and wellbeing at sea, will be the focal point of its wellness offerings.
A variety of cutting-edge wellness treatments, such as Starpool’s Dry Float Therapy, which relieves tense muscles and encourages relaxation without getting visitors wet, will be available at the MSC Aurea Spa.
Additional therapies will include LPG Endermologie, which is intended to promote the formation of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid; Iyashi Dôme Infrared Therapy, which draws inspiration from Japanese wellness customs; and Whole-Body Cryotherapy, which supports muscle recovery and circulation.

Every element of the MSC Aurea Spa has been carefully planned to help visitors unwind, rejuvenate, and depart feeling their best.”
Wellness programs will start with one-on-one consultations where visitors can use FootBalance 3D foot scans, AI-powered skin and scalp analysis, custom face treatments, and wellness advice tailored to each person’s needs.
The MSC Gym powered by Technogym will include group classes, equipment, functional training areas, and individualised coaching for fitness aficionados.
Twelve health activities that combine heat, water, and relaxation will be available at MSC World Asia’s Thermal Area.
A panoramic sea-view sauna, scented steam rooms, Finnish and bio saunas, a Himalayan salt room, Japanese-inspired ganbanyoku beds, experience showers, hot tubs, and relaxation lounges are among the amenities.
When the ship goes into service later this year, MSC World Asia will increase MSC Cruises’ health offerings with its blend of technology, exercise centers, spa treatments, and customised programs.
