In 2026, Chatrium Hospitality will make its debut in Phuket

There are 304 modern rooms, suites, and pool villas in the resort.

In 2026, the Thai hotel chain Chatrium Hospitality plans to launch its first resort on the island. The goal of the Chatrium Rawai Phuket is to capture the spirit of Thai hospitality. The resort has 304 modern, tiered rooms with balconies, including suites and pool villas.

In addition to family-friendly lodging, the resort has a kids’ club and splash pools with thrilling water slides for group entertainment. Beyond the accommodations, visitors can wander between the beach’s designated water sports hub and the Wellness & Spa Centre.

A restaurant and bar by the pool providing tropical cocktails and light dishes by the coast, a lobby lounge serving informal refreshments and an all-day seafood-focused location modelled after a typical fisherman’s market are among the dining options.

With a thriving fishing community and the well-known Sea Gipsy Village, where tourists may purchase fresh seafood straight from fisherman, the area is considered to have maintained its strong sense of local identity. Chatrium Rawai Phuket is 90 minutes from the airport and 30 to 40 minutes from Phuket Old Town.
