Q2 2026 RevPAR rises 18% for Lords Hotels & Resorts.

The second quarter of 2026 saw a great performance from Lords Hotels & Resorts, which is indicative of the ongoing demand for high-quality hospitality experiences throughout its portfolio. In Q2 2026, the group had strong growth in all major performance metrics: occupancy increased by 9%, Average Daily Rate (ADR) increased by 12%, and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) increased by 18% over the same time the previous year.
Strong leisure travel, corporate travel, and rising demand throughout the group’s destinations all contributed to the successful result. Properties in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Nepal, and other important markets continued to support the group’s overall performance, with destination-led tourism, corporate travel, weddings, and festive travel emerging as significant demand drivers.
Lords Hotels & Resorts COO Pushpendra Bansal commented on the company’s performance, saying, “The second quarter has been encouraging for Lords Hotels & Resorts, with healthy growth across our key performance parameters. The consistent demand in all of our markets is a reflection of both the strength of our portfolio and the rising desire for excellent, strategically placed hospitality experiences. We are still committed to improving visitor experiences, fortifying our operations, and fostering long-term expansion throughout all of our sites.”
