ELIVAAS, Luxury villa hospitality platform, has developed its operational portfolio to around 620 villas within two years of inception, establishing itself among the fastest growing organised companies in India’s villa hospitality industry.
Over 3 lakh people have been at ELIVAAS since its founding, and between December 2023 and December 2025, the number of visitors increased 2.7 times due to demand from corporate off-sites looking for upscale, experience-led lodging options, group travel, and private festivities.
Operational performance has remained stable despite fast expansion, with roughly 95% of guest stays obtaining five star ratings, showing consistency across service delivery, property management, and guest experience.
Ritwik Khare, Founder and CEO, ELIVAAS stated, “Scaling supply without sacrificing operations is the largest issue in villa hospitality.The three wheels of supply, demand, and guest experience and operations must all grow at the same rate for a firm to be viable. Guest response at this level provides us confidence as we move into the next phase of growth.”
ELIVAAS now has a significant presence across North and West India, which continues to account for the majority of bookings. The majority of the villas on the site now provide private chefs, spa services, personalised décor, live entertainment, and concierge-led services. The platform has also increased experience-led products throughout its portfolio.
Looking ahead, ELIVAAS expects to more than double its portfolio to over 1,200 villas in 2026, underpinned by sustained demand and expanded penetration across major leisure and event-led regions.
