David Alan Burley appointed General Manager of OBLU XPERIENCE, OBLU SELECT Lobigili and Ailafushi.
David Alan Burley has been named General Manager of OBLU XPERIENCE Ailafushi and OBLU SELECT Lobigili, two distinctive resorts under the COLOURS OF OBLU brand, by Atmosphere Core. David will oversee operations, lead the resort management teams and steer both properties in his new position, guaranteeing the establishment’s expansion and guest focused excellence.
Having held senior leadership positions with internationally recognised businesses in the Caribbean, China, France, the Middle East and the UK, David brings a plethora of international hospitality expertise to the post. A strong global perspective, strategic acumen and a passionate, people focused leadership style have all been developed by his exposure to a variety of markets and operating settings. It is anticipated that this depth of experience would improve guest experiences at both resorts, fortify service culture and raise operational standards even more.
