India’s New Year New Zealand sale is launched by Qantas.
Promotional Economy Class rates for travel from March to November 2026 are available during the sale, which runs from January 22 to January 31, 2026. Key gateways on both islands, such as Christchurch, Queenstown, Auckland, and Wellington, are accessible to Indian tourists from Bengaluru via Sydney.
Economy return flights from Bengaluru start at INR65,300, which includes taxes and fees. Auckland, Wellington, and Queenstown are available for INR66,300, INR67,000, and INR73,000, respectively. Checked baggage, meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment are standard on all Qantas overseas flights.
Nick McGlynn, Executive Vice President Asia at Qantas, claims that demand from India is still rising, especially for places like New Zealand. According to him, the campaign aims to provide Indian consumers with a smooth, high-end travel experience at a competitive price.
The airline is also marketing its Qantas Explorer prices, which make it easier for passengers to visit regional locations outside of the major hubs by offering cheap domestic connections within New Zealand when purchased with an international Qantas ticket.
