According to reports, the program helps students from under-represented groups by enhancing their employability and facilitating long-term advancement for their families. Twenty-five students who have already enrolled will be in the first batch. This year, the charity hopes to train more than 80 pupils.

Certificate programs in retail management, hospitality management, and tourism management will be available at the center.
