Star Air Resumes Solapur Flights from Aug 1.

The Sanjay Ghodawat Group’s aviation division, Star Air, announced the return of regular commercial services to Solapur (SSE), Maharashtra.On August 1, 2026, operations will start up again. As the entry point to the hallowed pilgrimage sites of Akkalkot, Pandharpur, and Tuljapur, Solapur is essential to the tourist and cultural environment of the area.

With the return of Star Air’s scheduled flights between Solapur (SSE) and Mumbai (BOM), travellers will have a much quicker and more efficient option to travel by road and rail. With a flight duration of just over an hour, the restarted service will significantly cut down on travel time, making it more convenient for professionals, business travellers, students, and leisure travellers alike while promoting local economic growth.
