Griffon Cruises is designated as the preferred sales agent for the Indian market by Aroya Cruises.

With effect from December 12, 2025, Griffon Cruises has been named the International Preferred Sales Agent for the Indian market by Aroya Cruises, a division of Cruise Saudi Arabia. Griffon Cruises will market, advertise, and sell Aroya Cruises throughout India as part of this collaboration, bolstering the cruise line’s position in one of its important developing source markets.  Aroya Cruises, Saudi Arabia’s first domestic cruise line, debuted in December 2024 and has already carried over 140,000 passengers in its first year of operation, making it a prominent new player in the world cruise market. Aroya provides a unique, family-oriented cruise experience by fusing contemporary cruising with genuine Arabian hospitality. The ship is positioned as a floating resort that blends comfort, entertainment, cuisine, and immersive experiences at sea. It has 19 decks and can hold up to 4,700 passengers.  With 200 connecting accommodations and 20 adjoining cabins that are carefully created for families travelling with kids and grandparents, Aroya Cruises places a high priority on multigenerational travel. Age-appropriate venues are included in the well-planned kids’ and teens’ areas, which include a nursery for kids ages 6 months to 2 years, a discoverers’ zone for kids ages 3 to 6, a captain’s zone for kids ages 7 to 12, and Teens Escape for kids ages 13 to 17. A variety of sports and entertainment amenities, including a zip line, climbing wall, football pitch and water slide park, are also available on the ship. Adult-only spaces include a mini golf course, a cigar lounge, a shisha lounge, and a sky pool lounge. Alcohol is not allowed on board because this is a family-friendly cruise.  Aroya Cruises operates year-round, sailing in several regions, such as the Arabian Gulf from Dubai from March to May, the Aegean Sea and Eastern Mediterranean from Istanbul from June to August, and the Red Sea from Jeddah from January to February and September to November. The availability of certain Aegean itineraries without the need for a Schengen visa increases their allure for Indian tourists.
